Parking was hassle-free, and the breakfast was exceptional, featuring both local delights and homemade sweets. Staff service was consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The beach area was beautifully maintained, making it a lovely spot for relaxation.

The breakfast had an amazing variety, with freshly baked pastries and organic juices. I loved the spacious 2 Queen Bed Tropical View Guest Room, featuring air conditioning and a minibar. The staff were super helpful. Plus, they had awesome spa facilities to relax after a busy day. Definitely family friendly with activities for kids!

The tropical view from the Guest Room creates a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The hotel's beach access offers a fantastic spot for sunbathing, and the elevated walkways make it easy to stroll along the coastline without the hassle of stairs.

Encountered some inconveniences during our stay. The food selection lacked variety, with items like the dry chicken in the Caesar salad feeling too prepared and not fresh. Also, the mosquito situation was a bit overwhelming at times, seeming to be exacerbated by the recent weather. however, it’s worth noting that the hotel provided ample mosquito protection measures.

my stay was cozy and enjoyable with spacious tropical views from my room. the staff were friendly and attentive, which enhanced the experience. unlike my last visit in desaru, this hotel exceeded my expectations with excellent facilities and a relaxing ambiance.

The breakfast choices were fantastic and totally exceeded our expectations. Our 2 Queen Bed Tropical View room was cozy and just perfect for our family. We loved spending time at the relaxing pool and enjoyed the beach access for some sun. The only downside was the limited restaurant options nearby, but we made the most of our stay! 😊

The Westin's lush surroundings and spacious layout made it feel welcoming and accessible. Elevated walkways near the beach and ample seating areas allowed me to enjoy the fresh ocean air without navigating too many stairs.

Amazing stay for families!

Wow, this place was fantastic! The kids loved the craft activities, and we enjoyed refreshing welcome drinks during check-in. The breakfast had a ton of options, and everything was super delicious. Plus, the staff were so nice, especially Ms. Sofi. Only downside was that the beach was a bit crowded, but still close enough to walk over.

We had an amazing time exploring the Adventure Waterpark! The slides were thrilling and perfect for our little one. The lush greenery surrounding the resort added to the beauty, and our sea view room made our stay extra special.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was too slow.
